Industrial automation.

Automation and control solutions for industrial equipment and processes, using PLC, HMI, SCADA, controllers, remote I/O, VFDs and industrial communication systems.

Programmable control & SCADA

We engineer scalable PLC and SCADA architectures that automate complex process steps, enforce safety interlocks and provide intuitive operator control.

Capabilities

Everything between the sensor and the motor.

Hardware, software and panels from one team, so there is no gap between who designed it and who makes it work.

Motor control & energy management

Run slower. Spend less. Last longer.

Smart motor control assemblies lower operational energy consumption and prolong equipment life. A pump that follows demand instead of running flat out against a throttled valve pays for its drive quickly.

Ask on WhatsApp

What is the difference between a PLC, an HMI and SCADA?

A PLC is the industrial controller that reads sensors and operates equipment according to its program. An HMI is the local operator screen for a machine or panel. SCADA is the supervisory system that collects data from many PLCs and presents plant-wide graphics, alarms, trends and reports.

How does a variable frequency drive (VFD) save energy?

A VFD adjusts motor speed to match demand instead of running at full speed against a throttled valve or damper. On pumps and fans, a small reduction in speed gives a large reduction in power, and soft starting also reduces mechanical stress.

Can you integrate equipment from different manufacturers?

Yes. Procsol provides multi-vendor integration across leading brands including Siemens, ABB, Endress+Hauser and Schneider, using open protocols such as PROFINET, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP and BACnet.

What are FAT and SAT?

FAT is the factory acceptance test, where the control panel and software are tested on the bench before shipping. SAT is the site acceptance test, performed after installation with loop checks and calibration, before the system goes live.

Do you build custom control panels?

Yes. Procsol designs and builds custom NEMA / IP66 control panels, including electrical CAD drawings, panel assembly, bench FAT testing and site SAT loop wiring.
